This assignment is designed to familiarize students with the design of questionnaires. To receive a good grade on this paper, you should include the following.
Using the concepts learned in the textbook and Professor’s Notes, design a questionnaire to include the following.
1. At least four demographic items
2. At least three scale items, using at least two different types of scales
3. At least one item for each of the following levels of measurement
a. Nominal
b. Ordinal
c. Interval
d. Ratio
4. The questionnaire should have the goal to find answers to some marketing research issues. Thus, be sure that the items above make sense of measuring something. To be sure of this, write at least three causal hypotheses you could be testing with the items on this questionnaire.
